Care philosophy
As a COSRT-accredited psychosexual therapist in the UK, my practice is rooted in a deep understanding of couple and marital therapy, complemented by a Master's degree in Psychology from Essex University. Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I focus on attachment and emotional dynamics to resolve relationship conflicts. My dedication to lifelong learning is reflected in my continuous pursuit of training in areas such as attachment theory, emotional intelligence, post-divorce healing, women's empowerment, co-dependency, and psychosexual therapy.
Over my five-year tenure with EFT, my expertise has broadened to encompass a wide array of psychosexual therapy approaches. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, spanning various nationalities, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds, always maintaining an open and inclusive stance.
Currently, I am proud to be affiliated with the British Psychological Society (BPS), the British Emotionally Focused Therapy Centre (BEFT), and COSRT, reflecting my commitment to upholding the highest standards of sexual therapy. My practice is aligned with Quareb's mission of delivering stigma-free, holistic, and empathetic care, making sexual health and therapy accessible to all.

على مدار خمس سنوات من عملي مع EFT، توسعت خبرتي لتشمل مجموعة واسعة من نهج العلاج النفسي الجنسي. كنت محظوظًا بالعمل مع عملاء متنوعين، يتنوعون بين الجنسيات والأعراق والخلفيات الثقافية المختلفة، مع الحفاظ دائمًا على موقف منفتح وشامل.
